I started using Maruti product in 1999 with 1997 Maruti 800 DX model. Performance is superb. In 2003, I bought Wagon-R Lx in 2003 when lights were changed. Its performance was excellent. In 2006, I replaced it with Wagon-R Lxi, it had hard gear problem which could not be solved till the end. Ultimately I had to replace it with another Wagon R Lxi DUO with Feb 2008 model. I am never able to get more than 9KM/Ltr. The vehicle has run 65000 Km, the last service was done at Fortune- Bhiwadi, rest all services are being done at Rohan Noida. From last so many months nobody bothers to even ask after service performance. Three times extra tuning is done. I travel from Noida to Bilaspur, so I do not have time for follow-ups, still running my car with a poor pick up. I have decided never to buy Maruti Product in future.

    Maruti - the allegation seems to be one in thousand. Mr. Mahajan should have contacted the key management and I am quite sure that they would have guided you correctly. Forget about the service centres who are not performing their duty to the satisfaction of the customer. So donot take a final decission that you won't go for Maruti next time. Have a nice day.

    I would like to bring to Mr. NarayanaswamiM's notice , that being working at very high level with one of the leading suppilers of Maruti, I managed to sumbit my complaint letter to P.A to M.D but only result I could get was a verbal discussion with Maruti visiting Engineer at Rohan Noida with ZERO output.Every one must consider that a common nam working in some private company doesn't have time for follow ups.IF I FEEL CUSTOMER CARE CLAIMS BY MARUTI/DEALERS is genuine, It should be a moral duty of the company to provide service vehicle with pick up facility
