The Wagon R, which is around for almost 17 Years has made a benchmark in High roof hatchback. It is still one of the best first cars/hatchbacks available in the sub 5 lakh segment. Pros: The drive quality of the car is excellent, thanks to the KB10 engine. The car returns a very satisfactory fuel economy of approx 20 Kmpl on highways and almost 17 Kmpl in a city like Bangalore. Wagon R has always been my choice since I bought it the first time in 2009. The present one is my second Wagon R and I have not lost a point of love to it. The Cost of service of the same is also minimum compared to other 1000 cc or 1200 cc cars. Thanks to Suzuki. I have heard about the maintenance cost of other cars my friends own and I feel happy and proud of my right decision. The car has a dual tone dashboard which adds to the feel-good hormones whenever you drive the car. The vehicle runs silently. Outside vibrations, Driveline vibrations are not heard inside.   Cons: Idle RPM very low. The vehicle can not be moved in traffic jams just by releasing the clutch. Power steering not as smooth as the competitors.
