Don't Think Twice Before Buying Maruti Wagon R

Three years back I was caught in a state of confusion as I wanted to buy my first car ever and my budget was up to 4 lakhs. I heard different things from different people and got varied suggestions on the same. I read a lot on the Internet but that also somewhere added to my state of confusion. Finally, it was between Alto and Wagon R that I narrowed my choices too. Wagon R was the end pick as my family liked the looks of Wagon R more than Alto. I got a corporate discount and a few other freebies from the company. I got the car from Vipul Motors in Jaipur. Before the purchase, I took a test drive as the dealer has arranged for the same. I received a cherry red coloured Wagon R at my door steps for the test drive and I loved the colour there and then. It was me and my wife who went on the test drive along with a person from the dealer's side. I had Maruti 800 before this and thus was delighted with the extremely smooth pick up and acceleration. The power steering offered such great power in my hands that I really wanted to go on a long drive the same moment. The interiors of the car seemed so damn spacious and especially the headroom is superb. Once in the car, the passengers get a feel that is beyond words. Today after three years I am so happy with my decision. The car performs really well and I am quite happy with the economy it offers. The maintenance required is very less as in other Maruti cars. I just felt that the right pillar is designed in a manner that restricts the vision for the driver. This can prove risky while on crossings and I really feel that the company should consider the issue. For someone waiting to buy a small car in this budget, that requires minimal monthly expenditures and is comfortable to drive, Maruti Wagon R won't let you down.
