Maruti Suzuki Dzire Choose What Your Brain Desires

I have always fond of Fiat cars since my teenage. In our home, the first two cars were Fiat; the Stile and Punto. But I have personally found that Fiat?s image in the Indian market has been badly spoiled and sometimes I feel amused at the perception of the people. I have never found any problem neither in quality nor in service. In 10 years, there has been a drastic change in the Indian auto industry, so I finally decided to sell Punto rather than wait for a few years and sell it at an asking price of a scrap car. My priorities for the new car were:? Delhi traffic was getting worse day by day ? Wife had also started driving so wanted a car that suits her drivability ? Automatic car which can lower the madness of driving in city traffic ? Feature and safety loaded ? Max budget of Rs. 10 lakhs. But this was not the end of our problems. There was a long list of cars which we shortlisted including Honda Jazz, Hyundai i20, Maruti Baleno, Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Xcent, Honda Amaze, Maruti Baleno and Tata Tigor. Phew!! The list was really exhausting. Now after a long effort, the list finally came down to only two; Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Hyundai Xcent since they offer the most features and ample amount of space. After discussing with the wife, the decision came in favor of Maruti Suzuki Dzire as I could not argue with her more. But on a serious note, the resale value of Maruti took over my heart and I listen to my mind this time. After purchasing the car and driving for almost 2 months now, one really has to admit that the sensation and mass appeal of this car is unbeatable. The classic retro styling, spacious cabin, sound quality & touchscreen infotainment, new steering wheel design and standard safety features are truly awesome. The mileage claimed by Maruti of petrol variant is 22kmpl, but in the real world, it gives you around 16-18kmpl, which is also not that bad either. I must say at under Rs. 10 lakhs, this is one of the best cars money can buy.
