Now as company has unveiled the engine of the Maruti Ritz the excitement in the Indian market for the Maruti Ritz model is increasing. The Maruti Ritz model will be launched with a 1200 CC engine and it will also be launched in the diesel version. The Maruti Ritz model will be launched in the month of June this year as per the company announcement. The price range of the model is expected to be in the range of the Rs 4 lakh and it will be in the next level from Maruti Wagon R and Maruti A Star. Currently in market there are many models are available in the Hatch back series like Hyundai i10 and Hyundai i20. After the launch the model will compete with the upcoming Hatchback of Honda the Honda Jazz. Interiors of the car are designed with a global class engineering and this will be crucial for the sale of the car because right now almost every car company is launching its model with good interiors and it has become the unique selling point for every car model in India. The name of the model was decided as Maruti Splash before but because of some legal problem the name was changed as Maruti Ritz.
