I was searching for a spacious and cute car with all facilities. I purchased it 12 days ago and completed 1200 km driving. The driving is most exciting because of very smooth steering and clutch. Not only driving seat is comfortable but the rear seat is spacious and comfortable to sit. The door opening is 90 degree which is well needed. I got 20.4 mileage average(city and highway combined). Road visibility is good and what made me very thrilling is night driving. There is no glaring of my view while driving on the highway at night. It is awesome looking and it stands alone in its look as compared to all other cars on road in India. Go for non-auto gear. It is parking friendly in cities. Mileage is good for petrol(mine).

Hello Prashanth. Your review was helpful. How does the car feel when taking curves on highways at high speeds? Bcz of its tall size, I heard that it's not as great as Swift when taking sharp curves. Why did you mention to go for non-auto gear? Is it because of high price for automatic variant? Have you driven Grand i10? Can you compare the drive feel, stability at high speeds and interior space between Grand i10 and Ignis? Could you please give your inputs on my above concerns? Thanks.

thank you. Well, since the wheels are stretched out side the body and little bit big wheel I made it is comfortable in curves. Even at 60km speed it was comfortable(sorry since there is a limit for the first 1000 km, I havent exceed 100km/h speed). secondly amt is not so comfortable to over take when we are in high speed. It hinders our driving what i felt. in ghat section it is more comfortable. It is really very comfortable to drive in night. glaring is reduced to a maximum extent.

thank you for your comments , can you guide regarding the air conditioner because during test drive I feel it is not effective .how you are feeling about aircondtioner because if it is not effective feb then how it will sustain in may or June. pl give your views

You are right. There is no back seat air conditioning. but I kept the temp for 18 deg celecious and after few minutes the whole car was air conditioned. They suggested to keep auto for 21 or 22, so that it is more preferable. I too felt it in the beginning that it is not effective. But with suitable adjustment I felt it OK.

I am waiting for a call from mithra nexa hyderabad since 1.5 hours but there is no response from them. I think they are not bothered about customers. It is so saddening, sorry to say but very careless attitude.

My Ignis (petrol) gives just 10.5 Kms in city (Bengaluru) and 16 Kms on Highway roads. Covered almost 4000 Kms. but no improvement. Very disappointing.
