Look and Style  It got a good look Comfort It is reasonably comfortable compared to Innova Pickup Not up to the mark. A petrol driven Ertiga was provided to me for test drive and I was satisfied with its performance. But I got totally disappointed and upset when I noticed that the pick up and pulling of the diesel engine car that I bought is not up to the mark compared to any similar 1250cc cars. The engine performance in Ertiga diesel car is no where near my expectation. Mileage  Yet to be checked Best Features Look is good Needs to improve Especially in the engine pick up/pulling Overall Experience Not that much satisfied.
