I'm writing this review after having driven the car for 5000 km (both city and highway combined) and believe me... It's a complete stunner in every single way. Starting with looks, the front has a sort of aggressive looks (thanks to its headlight design) and looks great. Rear kinda looks similar to new Altos, I guess that could have been better. Side profile also looks good and it is infact way taller than what it appears in photos. Interiors - space and roominess it provides is its USP. Rear space is at least a mile ahead of what you get in Swift. Legroom, Knee room, and Headroom are all amazing (front and Rear). Dashboard design is also impressive with dual tone (beige and black combo). Gives a sedan like feeling. Now the best part "The MIGHTY GEARBOX", yep. Let me explain it clearly: No clutch, just brake and accelerator pedal and the convenience it provides in city and highway is more than anything else. No chance of stalling the car/engine shutting down, which is kinda relevant if you are new in driving manual cars. Also, you can drive it in "D" mode, which is completely automatic but sudden accelerator inputs won?t be responded well (considering the power). A bit jerky, but does the job. Or Like me, you can drive it in M mode or Manual mode. It will hold in whichever gear you want to. This feature is truckloads of fun coz there's no clutch and you simply shift or - (like in high-end cars like Audis, BMWs (I'm not kidding). Initial pickup is great, the engine is responsive. High speeds are not a problem but acceleration in 4th and 5th gear is not that good. Solution is simple-shift down the gear to 2nd/3rd gear and OFF YOU GO!!! I have clocked 135km/h in this car, while my usual speed average is 70-100km/h on highways (and sometimes in cities :P). It?s damn stable at 90, however, a bit shaky beyond 110kmph). Fuel (the best part) - Even driving aggressively, it returned an astonishing 16kmpl (PS. it's Automatic). These are collectively for the city and highway. Be gentle on the accelerator, it will easily go beyond 18kmpl. Rest aspects like AC, Visibility, Seats, Steering response are good as well FINAL VERDICT Whether you are an enthusiastic driver, or occasional one or newbie to driving (Whether men or Women....doesn?t matter at all).
