I am using Maruti Alto k10.It was a superb car under 4.1 lakh. It is very useful for a middle-class family. Its boot space is very useful.The marginally taller and wider Alto K10 now offers a roomier experience and feels a tad more premium, new upholstery and the silver inserts in the curvaceous dual-tone dashboard.The Alto’s steering is light, and it is an agile car, which makes drives a breeze.One of the best value-for-money cars in its segment . Engine and gearbox are the highlights. The convenience of an automatic gearbox makes it even more desirable. This should be the cheapest automatic car presently in India, it is light agile and easy to maneuver in city traffic, K10 is a premium version of Alto but it doesn’t have many extra features as I expected like blue tooth is missing and audio sound quality is just average, there is no adjustable headrest although rear seat knee room is better than the previous model, dashboard design is combined with light fabrics, brakes perform well but it should also be offered with ABS for better safety. Ride quality is good, delivers decent mileage, automatic gears lacks refinement but acceptable for this segment, it also lacks stability as it vibrates in the top end revs, has better features compared to its other variants like power steering, tailgate opener, internally adjustable right wing mirror front fog lamps, and child lock for rear doors, car is good for stop-and-go traffic, boot space is acceptable for a car of this size, excellent after sale service and prices of spare parts are very reasonable as well. K10 has more powerful engine than previous models, better pick-up, power to weight ratio, structural strength is not very solid so not a highway car, Maruti has tuned gearbox quite well, good throttle response, three-spoke steering is nice to hold, K10 has a good top speed due to its low kerb weight, NVH levels are good in mid range, engine runs smooth in mid range revs but little noisy at top end, good acceleration in first three gears. "Exterior of alto k10 are very good, great styling. Compact styling still manages to offer quite spacious interiors. K10 is very Good for a small family. excellent for city driving condition. However, long trips are a challenge for its small engine. Rear leg room is also not convenient for tall people. Overall it was the very useful car for middle-class daily user thinking about mileage and price. It gives full value for my money.
