Pathetic Service At SKS Bangalore
Felt proud to be the owner of XUV in Dec 2011, but happiness was short lived. Now feel like a Genie pig getting experimented at our cost. Post sales support was great for the first 6 months, now there are no people to even answer your call and resolve serious issues. SKS automobiles in Bangalore sucks and is one of the worst service dealers in my opinion. They had a point of contact for XUV for the first 6 months, and now the phone number is disconnected, no one picks up the landline number and there is no way to reach them except to drive 20 Km to reach their service centre. What a waste of money for feeling proud to own an Indigenous Indian car. The car has many issues including electronics, the braking system sucks making noise since inception they kept telling they would change and it never happened, now there is screeching noise from the front wheel when I turn the steering, Oil leak and the list can go on and on and on. Tired of complaining to Mahindra customer care and nothing works except for a couple of phone calls. Please be aware, they all suck and will make you feel really low after you buy.
