Pros : not in time

Cons : booking

Look and Style - Good Comfort - Good Pickup - to much late i had booked my car two months before i am not getting my car in time.the merchendise is telling still it takes some more time. this is not fair.when i was booking car they said they will deliver vehicle in 1 month. Mileage- Good Best Features- Excellent Needs to improve - Need to deliver vehicle in time.most important thing. Overall Experience - Good

    the waiting is due to fact tat hyndai dint expect this much advance booking for verna........and the car is rated according to its performance not bcoz of its delivery issue.......ur comments are disguiding ppl to buy a car which is far better in its segmant as compared 2 its competitors.....

    I agree with Hey.... delay in the possession of the vehicle does not mean that there is any performance related issues. Please let us know the correct performance reviews so to help us to make a decision to buy Verna. Thanks :)

    We are really looking forward to buy this car. But the dealers says we cant even book this car. About booking you have to come around four months. And sorry cant tell about the performance and all because i don't have that yet

    Reading your comments, I am considering my self to be lucky. I booked the car in May and got the possession in 30 days time. I have bought 1.4 VT Petrol version. I am quite happy with car. Following are the pros & Cons: Pros: 1.Excellent style, colours ( mine is purple), 2. Pickup and comfort of driving. 3. Latest technology , additional data available from dash board. 4. Milage 5. Overall, Hyundai's service network. Cons: Not much, still followings i found could be better 1.Car is bit low, ground clearance is a problem 2.Ingress & regress is an issue for tall person. Overall , i am a satisfied customer and definitely advise ppl to go for Verna Fluidic. In short its value for money. Thanks,

    You can get the petrol variant even within 7 - 10days of booking. The problem is with diesel. However , it is wrong to say that the demand is more & that is why there is delay. At the time of booking in May the delivery period for Diesel was 2-3 months and still after 3.5 months the car is not delivered. Idealy it should be first come first serve basis therefore who ever books later may have to wait for longer period which the dealer about which the dealers have to be transparent. In order not to loose customers they were promising shorter delivery period in May & June and only in July they started informing that the delivery would be delayed. Why did they more customers ? Because many did not want to wait for 3- 6 months as the case was with delivery of Vento , Etios , SX4. Had Hyundai been transparent with their delivery schedules from beginiing they would not have had so much demand. Due to this unethical practice of Hyundai dealers they have earned demand at the expense of other car manufacturers. Even after almost 4 months of launching i do not find that many Fluidic Verna on the road given the demand statistics. The real problem is that their production is not enough to even cater to a normal demand which they might have forecast. Due to this one has to spare a thought to the after sales service especialy with regards to spares availability. I read in one of the post that the spare parts are not available with the dealers. Therefore how so ever good the car prompt after sales service plays an important part. The customer grieviance handling by Hyundai Motors is pathetic. After i registered complaint on their website some one from a call centre called me after 3 weeks to enquire what the complaint is. After he heard me he said they will discuss with respective dealer & get back in couple of days. Now it is 2 weeks after that & iam still waiting for a call !!!
