poor quality components/ poor service

My car is XP variant. Purchased when First introduced i,e., June 2003. A great car in every aspect. Silencer/ muffler rots very frequently. Air conditioner relay/ does not work properly, take it to service station in Nanakpura/ N. DELHI/ He sold me parts that is not necessary & still does not work.Window glass mechanism fail. Roof upholestry falling down: total 42000 km done so far. Needs a lot of improvement in quality of material/ service.
