Look and Style : There is no doubt about the looks and the style of i20. Its a unique design with some good build quality. Comfort : Yes there is a good comfort level in my top end model of i20 as it has some great features which even some luxury cars don't offer.  Pickup - pick up is okay, under 1800 rpm as it has turbo lags but once you cross the 1800 mark rpm when turbo comes in action it gives a massive push to the car and i really enjoys the great power and pick up. Mileage - the worst part of my diesel i20 is the mileage. It provides me an overall mileage of 16-17 kmpl, which far behind from the Maruti swift  diesel. Best Features - Off corse the looks and the features of car is excellent when a person sits in car it enjoys or feels the feeling of a expensive luxury car and its power steering is also a very good and very very light. Needs to improve - strongly the mileage and the problem of turbo lags which sometimes become irritating on highways while overtaking.  Overall Experience - Expiernce is very good, you can easily go for the i20 diesel, except mileage the car is excellent. Interiors are very good, safety is good as it has airbags, ABS with EBD, all wheel disc in my top end model, there is no problem of space, controls are very well placed.
