Elite i20 to begin with wows you with the fluidic designing which brought to test Hyundai new design language which worked wonders and floored one and all but as it is said job well begun is half done and the said jargon aptly describes my buy ie Hyundai Elite i20 Magna VTVT. Style quotient tops the rating criteria but when it comes to performance and handling it comes a distant second to its competition. Fuel efficiency has always been a concern with the Hyundai cars and in this case it there is no difference. Engine performance below 3000 RPM is a ruthless struggle. Bad roads is the worst nightmare since handling becomes a lost battle. Seating and comfort are satisfactory. Braking is paltry and abysmal. Overall a decent bet to cope up with the city drive but highway getaways is a complete no.
