Hyundai Elite i20 is undoubtedly the best hatch in India! The interiors look fantastic and premium and you can't stop admiring it every time you sit inside the car. And exteriors look no less than an Audi. in fact, the interiors of Elite i20 looks better than Hyundai Verna, Ciaz, Breeza, Baleno,  S Cross etc. The seats are comfortable and the driver seat is height adjustable. The seat colours match the dashboard dual colour and feel like a luxury sedan. I would call it a luxury, a powerful and a stylish car. The head room is decent and the interiors are spacious enough to accommodate 5 people comfortably. Coming to the driving experience, the engine is smooth and refined. The diesel variants come with 6-speed manual transmission while the petrol variants come with a 5-speed manual transmission. The gear shifting is very smooth. The engine is powerful enough that no other hatch in India (except Volkswagen polo) can overtake it! The initial pickup is low like for just one or two secs (until it hits 1500 rpm) and then it zooms!!! The engine, compared to its competitors is less noisy. The steering wheel is so smooth that you can steer it with just one hand no matter where you are driving. The Audio system is damn good. The Sound is clear, loud and thumping! Hyundai cars are known their audio systems. The top end model comes with an LCD Screen along with navigation. But it misses the apple car play. And coming to the features of this car, it has the best and unique features which other cars in this segment do not have. The steering mounted controls have almost all controls and they look so damn good. The mirrors close and open when you lock and unlock the car with its remote. Its key also looks fantastic and beautiful. It also has keyless entry. You don't have to take out your key to unlocking/lock and start the car. You just need to have them in your pocket or bag and the car senses it when you come closer to the car and the mirrors unfold and you just have to press the button on the handlebar and then the car unlocks. It has button start. Well, of course, all these features come only with top end model. It has all the major safety features like a camera with rear parking sensors. It has two airbags, one for driver and one for the passenger. It has ABS. The AC needs special mention.It has climate control and It cools the car very fast and it also has rear AC vent. The cooling effect is outstanding. Well, there are some small drawbacks which can be ignored for the advantages and features it comes with. It misses the rain sensing wipers, DRLs and EBD. The only major drawback is its mileage. The company claims that it gives 23kmpl for diesel engine but it gives only 17 with AC on highways and just 12kmpl in cities. But considering the speed and pickup, it is a decent mileage. My Elite i20 is more than a year old and I love it from the bottom of my heart. I call it the highway king. The best car and if you are looking for an ultra stylish premium car just go for it ! Don't even think twice.
