COMPLAINT ABOUT GEAR BOX .... REPEATED JOB.....

Look and Style cute and impressive Comfort yes so far comfortable Pickup sudden pick up at signals, which i always enjoing. Mileage I am not bothered about mileage since I drive the car not on daily basis, I prefer to drive only when I have my family with me over weekends etc. Best Features Yes, indeed its all good Needs to improve Ac system is functioning very very very poor. This I had made known  to your local agent at  Ernakulam. Ac regulator is not properly working with the result that cool air comes out in three ways (face level....top level and bottom level altogether at a time), and the only remedy the workshop mechanic suggested that both top and bottom windows can be shut permanently and then let the cool air comes out to face-level only which i refused. The strange thing is that the very next week after I had purchased the above cute-looking-car AC compressor turned DEAD and got it fixed (replaced at free of any charge) which I certainly appreciate. Now the biggest problem with my car is GEAR BOX... gear is very hard to change and shift. Clutch liver needs to push down to the bottom (100%) which is hard for a smooth drive in a busy road. This complaint I had submitted to the workshop over the last nine months and every time the service adviser seemed helpless over some minor comments. Now eventually the chief workshop manager who is very friendly and understanding promised me to replace the entire gear-box which may take a week or two and unfortunately this I cannot accept since some wedding functions are about to take place in my family during this and next months. Hence what all I wanted by sending this email to you is that please make some immediate arrangement to FIX-MY-CAR-GEAR-BOX in order to enable me to use the car for our functions in my family or let the workshop be willing to give out another nice car to me in replacement for a short period, I mean until my car gets ready to drive smoothly. For your kind general information, I am now (retired) 60 years old, worked in an oil co. office in UAE over the past 35 years and have had the good luck to drive almost all the cars manufactured in the world inlcuding  our India. This is the first time I am driving a hyundai car and wish I will have similar good experiences that I enjoyed from other cars over the long period.
