Dear Sir, I have get serviced My Car Having Registration No. HP36A7974 From Kosmo Hyundai Ahuja Automobiles Batala Road Amritsar 0183-2263469-70,in the month of Sep'2012 and paid RS'5500/- aprox. And After 2 days i left for Nepal. On my way to Nepal when i reached Lucknow in the morning found my front driver side tyre damaged completely from inner side. There I went to MRF Dealer and there I was infromed that it is due to wrong alignment and front chamber being out from driver side. They re-aligned and told me to get check the chamber with Hyundai. After one month when I went to Kosmo again and claimed for the new tyre damaged due to wrong alignment fixed by them. They re-aligned and only changed the front right side assembly for FOC but never accepted their mistake and didn't provide new tyre and Mr. Madan (Manager) ask me that you can go any where for legal help, and same message i got from Hyundai Customer Care.
