Hyundai EON Affordable Stylish Car that Speaks Quality

Hyundai Eon is the entry-level as well as the most affordable car from the Korean auto giant in India. When the car was first launched in 2011, it almost took everyone by surprise as such an amazing hatchback with attractive design was non existent in the segment before. Calling the car stylish would be an underestimation, because its appearance is so chic and vibrant that it?s nearly impossible to think it as a budget hatchback. As I come from a middle class family, I thought of buying a budget car which was not heavy on my wallet. After searching for days I came across the Eon which got almost all the features I am searching in my car. Hyundai Eon is priced between Rs. 3.33 lakh and goes up to Rs. 4.67 lakh depending on the variant. It?s the most value for money product available in the market that fights against the rivals such as Maruti Alto 800, Renault Kwid and Maruti Alto K10. Eon is the car that breaks all myths of a budget car being of ordinary design and drab stylish elements. But, it?s a refreshing change for the budget-oriented customers. Interiors are quite up to the mark, the hexagonal theme is carried over to the dashboard, CD player in the dash features USB and AUX connectivity. Seats are quite comfy with both front and back seats offering good thigh support. Performance wise, Hyundai Eon is available in two petrol mill options- 0.8L iRDE engine and 1.0L Kappa oil burner. Hyundai Eon?s strength is its ride quality, the vehicle gets MacPherson struts at the front with torsion beam suspension at the rear providing better ride and stability on the go. Overall Hyundai Eon is worth a look as it comes packed with attractive and unique design, feature loaded along with frugal engine options. For people looking to buy this car should wait a while as Hyundai is soon to replace the car with a brand new one. And as per reports, the company is expected to resurrect the Santro moniker.
