There are a few organisations that adopt a policy "First get established by providing good class products/service and once you win people's trust then loot them at will". This is what Honda cars India Ltd is doing in India. Pathetic after sales, 20 yrs old tech, SOHC engines, rude and arrogant core department viz. "Customer relationship management" is the story of Honda, and this is the reality. There is no automobile company in India that is as smart as Honda in be-fooling the Indians including me. Customer relationship management (CRM) wing of an honest organisation narrates customer's grievances to company's top brass for the benefit of the former. In contrast, CRM department of Honda cars India Ltd (HCIL) assists HCIL to impose its filthy, cheat and dishonest policies on grieving customers by hook or crook and sometimes by threatening the customer of dire consequences.
