User Review Of 4.5 Year Old Honda Brio

Brio is one of the few cars which can have a tagline of " the beast Within". The 1.2 Litre IVTEC honda engine delivers entertaining performance & healthy power-to-weight ratio. If I would have to choose the best thing about the Brio, that is its steering. The Steering is absolutely smooth and light even after 4 years of use. The Interior quality compared to its segment is decent enough and offers a simple dashboard design. Also, the Honda reliability & fuss-free ownership experience has been more than satisfying and didn't have any glitch till now regarding manufacturing flaws or any major wear and tear. The engine refinement is unmatched and even though we have two more cars in the family, I enjoy driving the brio most. The fuel efficiency of the brio is good enough and can be optimised if driven with the eco-indicator on the light. The driver seat design makes you feel like seating in a cockpit as the seat and steering placement is absolutely fantastic. There is ample thigh support for the front seat passengers. The inbuilt alpine music system comes with decent speakers which bring out good music output. Although there is the absence of the CD player in it. Few misses for the Brio is the Basic, unsettled ride quality for the rear passengers on imperfect roads. Maybe this due to the wider tyres in between small wheelbase. Small boot space literally makes the boot very less usable. There is less insulation which makes the cabin a bit noisy and the sound from the tyres is clearly audible. Altogether it is hot hatch if you love driving and offers peace of mind being a Honda. I love my Brio and it loves me back too.
