I recently bought a Honda BR-V after considering Maruti Ertiga,Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster and Ford EcoSport .
To start with it, it is a very spacious car. Apart from the 7 seating, it also offers a generous boot space.
I really liked the Ertiga but then the interiors did not feel too good. Duster seemed to be cramped up. Ecosport boot space was the concern and the car felt small from the outside.
It was a tough call between Creta and BR-V as both felt good to drive and the interiors seemed premium too.
Considering the add-on seats and generous discounts and offers, I finally went for BR-V. It cost me over 11.4 lacs (S version) with the accessories including 9'' touch screen. I have driven it over a month and car feels really good to drive. The engine is excellent and has been giving a mileage of over 14 Kmpl surprisingly in petrol. The cabin seems silent even at speeds over 100 kmpl. The suspension is great and does absorb the road bumps efficiently. It took over a month for my BR-V to get delivered and I was unsure if I made the right choice going over Creta. Now with over a month of driving this car, I am pretty satisfied with my choice. Go for it, the car shall grow on you and the mileage is good too!
