Look and Style Exterior look is excellet.   Comfort : Inside confort is Ok. It is not as spacious as projected. Space is little bit higher than dzire. Only two persons can seat comfortably on rear seat. No front & rear head rest. Pickup : Petrol Engine ws very smoth and Gear was also very smoth in petrol car.Pickup in Petrol Engine was good. Diesel engine up to 2nd gear pick up was good. But in 3rd gear car i felt car struggling to move.Engine was making little bit higher noise. Shifting gears on diesel engine was not smoth and I felt it very heavy. Mileage: As far as mileage is concerned I can't comment. Best Features: Exterior looks and boot space are the best features for this car. Petrol Engine was fun to drive. Needs to improve : The biggest con of this car is its Air condition. I live in Baroda, Gujarat. First time I went for test drive in the evening at 7 p.m.. I found AC to be very in-effective. Though car was running continuously as there was long queue for test drive. Car was not chilled. Forget about chilling, from air vents you feel cool (not chill) air coming on you (that to even on highest setting of AC nob). I went for test drive again on next day to different dealer in the afternoon(to make sure that the issue is not with only one car) I test drove the car for 5 mins and further for 2-3 minutes I set in the car to check the AC. But the same story. It failed to cool the car(Forget chiiling effect). Hence if you live in the area where summer is harsh Please check the performance of the Air Condition before buying the car. After shelling out RS. 7 lacs I had not expect so poor performance of Air condition whcih is basic necessity. Dealership experience : I went to Techtone Motors Pvt. Ltd. dealer in Baroda. Honda Amaze is only available to you if you purchase non-sense acessories worth Rs. 20,000/-, Extended warranty Rs. 6800/-, So called Road Side Assistance Rs. 4800/- , 0% depriciation insurance : Rs. 4000(in addition to standard insurance) and Handling charges : Rs. 5000/- Above everything is compulsory. Dealer says that company have ordered them not to sell the car without accessories, Ex. warranty, RSA, Handling charges. Hence over and above Ex. Show room price, standard insurance and RTO I need to shell out more Rs. 40,000. I had not expected that from honda. I really feel sorry for Honda, declaring the low price and than shelling out more from customers in the name of accessories, ex. warranty, RSA etc. is really bad. Overall Experience : Exterior look and Boot Space is dashing. Petrol Engine is good. Air condition is very bad. Gear box of Diesel Engine is hard.

    i have taken test drive of Honda Amaze SMT Diesel .. i felt AC worked very well.... and moreover Honda has not stated any such demands from customer..... i have already booked one Amaze.... so dear friend please contact some other dealer...somthing is fishy... Amaze is awesome car ....

    the car seems to be nice. exterior are fantastic as faf as the designing and looks are concerned. Boot is good. Test drive was not available when i visited the shoroom in my area. The interiors of car are not very good. Material used is not Honda style. The from panel is noit very stylish. The shockers of the car are also not very good.overall i did not find it a very nice car as was expected from honda.

    I have taken a test drive (diesel) and it was really a good experience... Ac worked really well...But the pick up was not really good when considering this as a 100bhp car..the real push feel in the dezire is missing while accelerating hard ... noise level inside the car is also not acceptable...the space available inside is really amazing when consider this as sub 4 meter car..overall a nice car but really need to improve in refinement.

    I too have felt AC in not good. I test drove petrol version thrice from different dealers but all the same. One time I drove for half-hour and still couldn't feel coolness even in from of the vents. I realized that if you are setting AC to level 2 that's the problem. Above level 3 AC is effective but you need to be able to bear the blower sound.

    NVH Level : RPM meter helps in Synchronizing the gears, so that you get maximum fuel efficiency. When you shift to 1st gear you can pull your car to 1500 RPM. On 1500 RPM shift to 2nd gear. Then on every 2000 RPM change gear so you don't strain the engine. Only in climbing you can pull it to 2500 RPM. Most of the time eco lite will be on and average and engine life will be good. People talk about high NVH level and the drive is very smooth. People who say NVH is high well they are idiots I have never heard high NVH so no complaints so far.

    NVH level, Clattering & Mileage : if one drives in one gear for a long time. To reduce the NVH and clattering - RPM meter helps to reduce it by synchronizing the gears as mentioned below, you will feel the difference. It will also increase fuel efficiency. Initially you may find it hard, but once you get the hang of it, you will automatically reduce your acceleration and your car will automatically roll in one gear and eco lite will be constantly on. In this way your gear shifting will reduce. Focus a bit more on RPM and Eco Lite you will get the hang of it. When you shift to 1st gear you can pull your car to 1500 RPM.     Test drove amaze Vx petrol. Powerful car. The door and hood pads are dark colors and very gloomy. Why there is no rear ac vent for this Rs 7 lakh car is not known. Likewise no parking sensors or rear camera. All this may increase price by another 30000 Rs. Is honda interested in feed back? The trivandrum dealer says there is no corporate discount. Lastly the yellow and red dash board lights add to the gloom. Blue would have been good. The odometer cluter is an assymetric projection in poor taste. I am buying new car in two months. If Honda is interested in such small changes, I will rethink

    I have to agree with the AC issue.I stay in goa and in Feb its not that hot even in afternoons which is the time I took a test drive and the ac refused to cool at all even on full flow.space is a big plus.
