Comparision between EXI and ZXI versions of FORD FIGO DIESEL..CAR

Overall Experience Every thing is very fine and good....but i didn't got one thing that every thing regarding the EXI and ZXI models of FORD FIGO specifications are given same....not even with a single difference between them...but how come the price is varied to a range of 30-40k....so the bottom line of my query is please be more precise in the specs.....
