i booked a car Ford endeavour 3.0AT 4X2  15 days before by giving a 1 lac rupee cheque and they gave me a filled booking form; i want my delivery at 15 th of january 2011 due to some 'muhrat' and the condition was that to pay whole amt. of the car to be paid before delivery... but they call me on 13 th jan evening and told that ur car is sold and whole amt is collected from any other party.. still they have my cheque but these people  planned well,  they dint deposite my cheque.. i suppose they dont want to give me a discount which they offered me at a time of booking, and thats why they r playing a game.. they all are purely fraud, dont deal wid them.

    In Response to your post: (A Ford Employee - on behalf of our dealers and my company) First of all, I would like to suggest that you mind your language with baseless arguments beforing post in a public forums. You seems to be a Big Fraudster or Scamster because 1. How can you expect an SUV to be delivered to you with only 1 lac rupee cheque of booking price (Even not sure that cheque will clear after deposit) where the cost of the vehicle is 19 lakhs? First of all, are you eligible to get the loan (ofcourse SUV)? What about the paperwork of your bank etc? Of course the dealer will deliver the vehicle to those who pay the total amount of the vehicle either through bank or cash. We do business in a lawful and ethical way only....not your muhrat. 2. You have clearly mentioned that the dealer has not deposited the cheque. This itself indicates that our dealers are doing the business in an ethical way. We are not cheap people like you to think about 'discounts'. We respect our dealers, our customers and our people. We will ensure that our customers are always happy with all valued added services that they want. 3. We are not playing any games like you putting the bad comments about our company (Fortune 7 Company) in a public forums with baseless comments. We are now top most profitability company with 100% customers satisfaction.     dear venugopalan you may be right but one thing i didnt like is not your people say your customers are 100% satisfied with your services.but many costumers want the vehicle in some aspicious time i.e MUHURT.please first try to respect customers sentiments and don't degrade yourself. hope you understand.

    Hi..... After reading review of Venugopalan, i totally agree with kiran & Akshay comments b'coz if they are thinking about customer's satisfaction, So Y he is criticizing ...... Its company mistake, They would say to customer that in 1 lack amount they cant book this car.....

    Mr. venugopal , u r from kerala i think that's y u dnt know about religion and muhrat and all , you dnt know to to handle Clients and how to speak to the clients , Your company is the worst company ok , lot of sound from engine and after 1 year whole car giving trouble , parts are so expensive , maintenance is expensive and see the condition after 3 year cost depreciated to 70% , if you dnt know then check people are not willing even to buy 3 year old model at 70% less price and see the condition or fortuner , so better to talk like gentleman and do your work properly and accpet that you and your whole group is big fraud

    Hey I am Vijay currently living in uk,but NRI, I always wanted to buy ford endeavour in India, but after looking at the reviews on all the website i have questionss, 1)your car goes down from 12kmpl to 6 or 7 per litter after hitting 75,000... is this true ? 2) Hard to get parts and also very expensive + service costs alot ? 3)I live in Tiruvarur Tamilnadu how possitive are you with your service centres in tiruvarur where is the nearest service centre ? 4)The last question would be why all you SUV selling 20,00,00 on purchase and reselling for 5 lacks after 6 years? for 6 years of use do i loose 14 lacks like lic insurence policy ? one more thing please look around and research before reply to me as 2 of my friends already avoided purchasing this but I am still intrested upon if your reply going to convince me....thanks dont phone my number as i am uk right here if you wish ))+447909235995

    Regarding my booking of automatic ecosport with caculo ford goa my experience is disastrous...Santhosh regional manager and sudesh ratthalli were the worst people to deal with..after 6 months they are telling me to take the money back as goa will not get the automatic variant because ford is not manufacturing it, why in the first place they took our booking if they don't manufacture the vehicle, now somebody calling from chennai and telling the automatic variant will come in sept 2014 please clarify or i'll cancel the booking and take my money back as thousands of angry and depressed souls did because ford cannot deliver...It is such a shame that the name of a big company like Ford is taken down by a handful of irresponsible people....

    I stongly agree Ford India should be renamed as fraud india, they are big cheater i had very bad experience with Kant motors Nanded, they joined hands with Insurer to get more money by illigal way & providing very poor services to the customer, once you purchase veichle from them then your maintaince meter will start they will charge for everything even in warranty period & during service contract. Globally Ford name & it's service / warranty is very well konw, but in india i will say it's wrost car to have specailly after sales service.

    Hi Venugopal, You are representing a very big company and should safeguard its prestige and dignity. In the business the first lesson is Customer Is Always Right. You are an employee of this large company and with your dirty language, you have made substantial damage for its reputation. I am not going to the details of complaints raised by a customer from Baroda. You could have patiently convinced him the reason behind the delays and never attack on sentiments. Therefore, your attitude towards customer is totally wrong and you are not eligible for the job. I am quite sure that by now, you might be sitting idle in home anticipating good muhurth for a job.

    Its All above shocking............ I was just looking to have a used SUV Ford endeavor..... but after reading all these I've reminded myself about the costliest service charges and spares prices of Ford fiesta which I've given in exchange to Toyota.... in almost 15% of its original price due to costlier service and spares from Ford....... I'll never go for Ford.....
