After Sales Service is VERY POOR

for 4x2 XLT

I have two Ford cars  -Endeavor & Figo. These are serviced by Delhi Ford Vasant Kunj. The quality of Maintenance is so poor that I have been  running around their Garage every now & then. The problems faced are given below: Ford Figo -  a. In last two years or so, the AC has developed problems FOUR times. Either their Mechanics are lousy, or the Machine is sub standard. b. It has developed Starting Problem, i.e., the car starts, but does not pull enough, resulting in non increase to desired speed. It has been handled twice. Ford Endeavor a. The HORN has been changed thrice & still it beeps like that of a Scooter. b. Mechanics & the Supervisors do NOT know what TYRE ROTATION is. They did not rotate the 5th tyre at 15000. I had to specifically mention in the Work Order to do so during 25000 service, which made them do it. c. After service, if one opens the Bonnet, invariably the Engine Compartment is not cleaned. d. Water / coolant level was low. e. Doors' inner sides were not cleaned. f. Water used for washing was not wiped / dried. Overall, the experience has been  Pathetic. Pl improve on your AFTER SALES SERVICE- we feel like a destitute buying Ford Cars. Comfort-- Average Needs to improve  After Sales Service Overall Experience-- Poor

I have ford figo model 2012 and is under warranty. it has some starting problem and today 6 day has past and i am not getting any responce from there side. they are not providing there free recovery service from last 6 days thevehicle is still at road side parked. IF THERE SERVICE S THIS UNDER WARRANY WHAT SERVICE THEY WILL PROVIDE AFTER EXPIRY OF WARRANTY.
