Had a great expectation from this car but NO.need improvment
I had bought this car with great expectation but now i repent.. should have gone for another one. Car is good in its segment but frustrated with a single problem which is not getting resolved for last one and half year. Facing gear problem which is getting stuck and same was stuck during uphill driving in the mountains. Had to use hand break to stop it Their Service teams are not so efficient and dealer once they sold the car, hardly bother to look into the matter. a small problem is causing loads of dissatisfaction. If any Ford members can bother to read, pls contact. Car is good, spacious, balanced even during high speed. mileage is very poor.. my diesel one gives mere 14 Kms/Ltr.
