POOR AFTER SALES SERVICES
I bought a Fiat Linea T Jet in December 2011. Having driven 17000 kilometers my clutch plate gave way enroute Delhi to Dehradun on 8th August 2013. I contacted Oberai Motors, Dehradun but was told that the Fiat agency has been separated. Got my car towed to Dehradun by a workshop. The workshop management tried its level best to get a spare clutch plate from Delhi but to no avail. Very poor after sales service from FIAT, India. Dr James Peters
