As per my 4 year experience, vehicle is good. But the worst thing is after sales service and more over maintenance cost is too high compared to competitors. Tata & Fiat are separated but same agencies are giving service, hence there is no change in attitude. I have experienced this in Kerala & Karnataka, no matter which state. Karnataka especially Bangalore 'Aadya Motors'. Please don't give for service in Aadya Motors because they don't have any kind of responsibility for your vehicle. They have mentioned in visitors room itself. My experience. 1.   Given for first service & they return car back with full undercoating paint on body, when I complaint with senior management they just rub it and gave the vehicle back 2.   Because of flood water entered in to the vehicle & given for servicing return back with same condition and charged Rs:5000.00/- Even though the vehicle is good because of after sales service experience you are made to think why you bought this vehicle.
