For a car that is one of the supposedly best ones in the segment, it is disappointing to find that it just isn't worth the money at all. Each year, since year 2, something keeps failing and such things which are uncommon in any car until they do 100,000 Kms. This one is a mess beyond 20,000 Km or basically after 2 years. For each fixing with the servicing, the bill is 2 lacs or so. It drinks engine oil like anything and it's ok within the warranty is fine for 4 years but thereafter, you are really on your own. They were in a scandal and the global CEO is reportedly under arrest, and I can now see why. VW cars are a scam. Go for a Merc instead.
