I had booked a Polo highline model in the month of Oct'10. I was promised that I shall receive the 2011 model delivery by 2ndweek of Jan'11,but unfotunately nobody in the showroom is in the position to give the actual status of the vechicle. Is this the service you give to your Clients?

You need to speak tuff with the dealer, tell him you will cancel the booking if a confirmed delivery date is not told.
