In delhi as we know it sometimes rains quite heavily, so a ground clearance of 165mm as that of honda city sufficient to pass the road safely or will my car stop in the middle of the road?

Hi, 165 ground clearance is decent for in-around city driving and most of the vehicles with similar ground clearance can evade a slightly flooded road. Moreover, the basic trick of evading a flooded road is to drive in low gears and try not take you foot off the accelerator.
