Answers for this Question
The Reva I houses a 48 v lead acid battery, that helps it churn out the maximum of 52Nm of torque, thus pretty good in drivability. It takes about 8 hours to charge it completely, and in return, it will take you around 80 kms. It actually doesn't require so much maintenance, it just needs to be charged regularly. The only problem that it has is the battery life, the warranty offered on the battery by the company is about 3 years. During the warranty period the car owner can get that repaired, once the warranty period lapses, he will have to buy a new one, which costs around Rs 86000 in Delhi.
