Dear Sir / Ma'am. I own a Swift VDI. I have been reading the article provided in your site Maruti Swift diesel Cars Maintenance Cost Details. RIght now i have covered around 39,000 kms. So in ur article i didnt see anything regarding EGR, Interturbo etc. Recently i came across with a problem of while i give acceleration my car just move my making too much of noise and actually it just do not move. The problem i could actually solve finally with a local workshop only as the problem was due to the clutch disk. But before that i took my car to the authorised service center and they make me to do EGR cleaning and Inter-turbo cleaning. Now i wonder just for the problem with clutch disk they have made me to do EGR and Inter-turbo. So my question is apart from your article Maruti Swift diesel Cars Maintenance Cost Details what all other things we should take care of while giving for servicing. I would like to know more stuffs like EGR, Inter-turbo, Timing belt etc which i dont know much about.
There are two livers on the instrument panel. First, you need to press both the livers together, then the time clock will start blinking for the hour indicator.
Now, you need to use the right liver and rotate it to your right in order to adjust the hour indicator. To adjust the minute indicator, you need to press the right liver again and it will highlight the minute indicator.
You simply need to rotate the right liver to your right in order to adjust it. Press the right liver again to set the time.
I have 2008 model swift vxi car. Its clutch is tight. I feel more pressure while pressing and releasing the clutch. My knee starts aching after driving the car especially in a traffic prone area. Will I have to change the clutch? What would it cost in total?

Hey, it can't be recovered. Windshield is covered partially by insurance, it is best to get it replaced. If you want to stop the crack from spreading further, you can use Araldite. Also, sticking a one rupee or a two rupee coin at the tip of the crack will prevent it from spreading further.
It will help us serve you better content and best deals
