Standard fitments means it comes factory fitted by default from the company. Mostly ABS airbags and other options are standard on the top variants of all cars.

    2018 Maruti Ciaz Facelift

Maruti Suzuki is set to bring in a mid-life update to the Ciaz this year. It's expected to arrive by August 2018. The biggest change in the updated Ciaz will be the option of a new 1.5-litre petrol engine borrowed from the second-gen Ertiga that was showcased for the Indonesian market recently. More importantly, the Ciaz petrol will also get SHVS mild-hybrid technology as well, making it the first petrol-powered car from Maruti to get mild-hybrid tech.

As per the car daily usage, Diesel car will be better for you. Also, if you're not in a hurry-buy then we would suggest you to wait for the new avatar of Ciaz which is going to be launched soon and you can go ahead with Diesel car because there is no official news as of now for embargo of diesel vehicles in India.
Though, there are chances that you can get a tempting deal on the current Ciaz but opting for a refreshed version will give you immense satisfaction & re-sale  value won't impact to a great extent as compared to older version. Morever, it gets updated feature list as well to compete with its rivals in the arena.

    Things We Like in Amaze

    - Comfortable ride over all surfaces, noiseless suspension even over broken roads.
    - Improved overall interior space with increased storage spaces, including 1-litre bottle holders on all doors.
    - Diesel-CVT is smooth, efficient and well suited for the city.
    - Largest-in-segment luggage compartment, well shaped too.
    - Comfortable seats front and rear, no issues seating tall passengers behind each other.
    - Long standard safety equipment list - ABS+EBD, dual airbags, ELR seatbelts, ISOFIX anchor points.

    Things We Like in Freestyle

-190mm of ground clearance is adequate for both on and off road conditions.
-The diesel version gets the tried-and-tested 1.5-litre TDCI engine that also powers the Figo, Aspire and the EcoSport.
-A new punchy 1.2-litre petrol engine (96PS/120Nm), which also happens to be the most powerful engine in its class (naturally aspirated).
-Mature ride quality; the Freestyle practically absorbs the undulations better than the Figo/Aspire with improved damping.
-Dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors offered as standard.
-New slick-shifting 5-speed manual available with both the engines; significantly improved shift quality over the previous unit.
-No compromise on safety as ESP (electronic stability program), TC (traction control) and HLA (hill hold assist) are now available with the top-two variants Titanium dnd Titanium+.

Click here - Ford Freestyle: Variants Explained

    Why Buy Ford Freestyle?

Features: The Freestyle offers more features than every corresponding variant of the Amaze. It’s also priced competitively and in most cases undercuts the sedan.

Safety: The Freestyle is available with 6 airbags and anti-rollover protection package in its top variant. Clearly, it’s more equipped when it comes to safety features.

More powerful petrol engine: On paper, the Freestyle’s petrol engine is more powerful than the Amaze’s: Its frugal 1.2-litre petrol engine pumps out 6PS and 10Nm more than the Amaze’s petrol unit. On its own, we know that the petrol Freestyle is quite punchy and offers brisk performance. We haven’t performance-tested the Amaze yet but the petrol engine isn’t too peppy and is adequate only for city commutes.

    Why Buy Honda Amaze?

The new Honda should command a better resale value as the "Amaze" is a known badge unlike the Freestyle, which is yet to prove its mettle.

For larger boot space (420-litres vis-à-vis 270-litres of the Freestyle) and more fuel efficient (27.4kmpl with diesel and 19.5kmpl with petrol engine) engines.

More rear knee room and luggage space: The rear seats have considerably more knee room compared to the Freestyle. The third box of the Amaze separates the passengers and their luggage. Boot space (420 litres) in the Amaze is also more than the Freestyle.
