Is there a facility installed in the car for solar charging and is it included in the cost? if it has to be installed separately, the cost and charging time? Are the solar panels now made from Graphene the latest material? Comparative cost of charging i.e one full charge from both sources including cost of the solar eqpmnt if not already fitted/installed in the car. The commercials in comparison to an Alto or Nano has to known and explored before decision is made to buy this car. The Mahindras' need to look into this aspect and give detailed information as to the viability of owning this car.

Hi, No there is no solar charging system has been installed in the car, however Mahindra gives a offer to install a solar shade for your car which can generate power to charge your car, for which you have to pay an extra sum of around Rs. 50,000. No, solar panels have been made of Silicon. If you charge it from electricity, it would cost you around Rs. 50, while it would be free if you charge it from a solar shade.
