Answers for this Question
There are four up/down switches on the driver side to control the four window glasses and one switch to deactivate the rear glasses, which means if the switch is pushed down, the rear passengers cannot control their window glasses from their respective switches, however, the front passenger ( left of the driver) is not affected with this control. He will always be able to control his window.

You have a child lock button on the main power window panel, switch it off and the window will work fine.
