There is a car sticker on one side of the glove box, you need to remove the glove box off its side locks and you will find a 4 digit code on a label, usually the default unlock is 0000 code.

On the other hand, we would suggest you to refer the car's instruction manual or get it checked at the authorized service station as they will be the best people to guide you for this.

As I understand, you are unable to turn your infotainment unit of your car as it requires a 4 digit pin. You will find that pin on a sticker placed inside the glove box of your car or on a sticker on the B pillar.
