Thanks a lot Dinesh, I will change battery to exide as warranty is over.. They told no problem with battery when it was under warrenty, and when its over, they say problem with battery... Warranty was only for one year. they use battery 'motorcraft' and dont suggest to use other brands. lets see what happens.. thanks a lot once again.

Hi Dinesh, thanks for the replies.. the same thing happens and now they say the battery is in 'half condition'. I am planning to change battery to exide or amaron. But ford guys says they dont recommend other batteries, but only 'motorcraft' which they provide with fiesta. I wonder if there will b any problem in future if i change battery brand.. Can u please help me with this.

Hi Shiyas, we spoke to our technical team about this problem. This happens in rare cases especially when the car has not been used for more than two days.Even if you dont use the car everyday, just start the vehicle once in a day for just five minutes and turn off the engine after that. This way the battery wont pose a problem.Usually this sort of a thing happens in diesel variants only. Moreover changing the battery would help too.Buying battery from a good company like Exide will solve your problem.Thank You

Hi Shiyas, the problem is with battery, if you have a warranty period for battery then you can ask dealers to replace it. Thank You
