Answers for this Question

That's great if you are planning to purchase a new car.

Benefits of buying through CSD is the Sales Tax Exemption which reduces the price considerably. Benefits ranges from 30,000 on car like Alto to 1 Lakh of Rupees on car like Honda City or Mahindra XUV500. However, CSD sales also invite insurance and registration like regular showroom buying.

Since you wish you purchase the car through CSD, we suggest you to get in touch with your city dealer to check the availability of the car and to get the CSD price quotation. Please click here to find the Maruti dealers by selecting your city.

    XUV500 vs Innova Crysta

If you will be spending most of the time on rough-roads then we would suggest you to opt for XUV500 as it will be tackling the bad roads in a efficient manner in comparison to Innova Crysta.

As far as mileage is concerned, XUV500 (W9 2WD) has a mileage upto 16.0kmpl while Innova Crysta (2.4 MT) offers a fuel efficiency upto 13.7kmpl. Rest, all depends on one's driving style/habits.

The Crysta scores well across all parameters from design to engine refinement to the comfort of the passengers. You also get a bevy of additional features. The Innova’s aftersale service is unparalleled to any other manufacturer. No wonder people still prefer this luxurious people carrier to big and cumbersome SUVs.

Infact, Toyota has dominated the Indian market for over two decades, and the Crysta just proves us why. The extra 4 lakh premium offers you more punch across all parameters, which include better ride quality, reliability and dependability, and not to mention a great re-sale value.

If you need a big, comfortable and luxurious seven or eight-seater people mover, the new Innova is the one to pick!

Like most Mahindra vehicles, the XUV offers a lot for the money. Quality is a bit of a hit or a miss, and there are known niggles too. But, that doesn’t take away from the fact that Mahindra’s big boy is a well-packaged SUV for those who love munching miles.

It does have drawbacks like the average interior quality, poor boot space and steering that lacks any feel, but it still gives you a lot of bang for buck and makes a strong case for you to consider.

We would suggest you to take a test drive before making a final call.
