Hi Hitesh, Fiat Grande Punto had a good performance, mileage, features are more luxuries than Maruti Ritz and Maruti Zen Estilo. you can go for Fiat Grande Punto. service period for Fiat Grande Punto is 15000km and Maruti Ritz and Maruti Zen Estilo is for 10000km only. The better option in all is Fiat Grande Punto. Compare Fiat Grande Punto, Maturi Ritz and Maruti Zen Estilo, For more details please click on the following links. Thank You.

Maruti Ritz or Maruti Zen Estilo is definetely a better option because :-
1) Fiat service handled by TATA and its in real bad shape of operations.
2) Resale value of Fiat Grande Punto is going to be really low. Do you know of anyone buying a second hand Fiat Palio (it was very well promoted some years back by sachin tendulkar) ? i wonder if anyone wants to buy it either. All fiat cars see the same fate. Fiat is not committed to make it big in India and i see very low returns over the period of owning a Fiat car
3) Maruti cars hail a japanese engine which in my opinion is much more silent, efficient and has a longer life.
4) Maintenence cost pretty low on Maruti cars. In case of breakdown you have the most number of authorized maruti service showroooms across india.
Hope this answers your question. Do let us know which car you bought :)

Sir, if all the engineers are saying that there is a problem in Punto than they might be right, then you should test another Punto in same variant for that problem. If you feel the same problem in the other car also than the engineers are right. But if you won't found the sane in test vehicle, then there Might be a problem with your tyre or wheel or it might be a problem in suspension system. If the problem is with tyre, then it is a regular problem. But you are saying that the problem appears when it just jumps over a bump. By this, it is sounding as a problem with suspension system.
