This decision depends on your usage means how many kilometers you drive in a month, if it is less than 1500 kms, we will recommend you to go with a petrol car. As LPG and CNG cars are only kits installed on a petrol car and cost your around Rs. 50,000 to 75,000 extra on a regular petrol car, you first need to calculate the savings on fuel. For example if you are, driving only 1000 kms a month, you will only be able to save Rs. 500-550 with an LPG or CNG solution. With diesel it will be around Rs. 750 per 1000 kms.
So, we will only recommend an alternative solution, if your usage is high. Between LPG and CNG, go with CNG, if it is available in your area and if you can bear the cost better go with a diesel.
