The punch and zip required to inch forward the car in Mumbai traffic is possible in MT version of cruise. However gear shift was not smooth in MT test drive.AT will have more wear and tear of the break liners in Mumbai traffic. Thank you for your valuable feedback. My concern was extra wear of break liners in AT version as most of the time in Mumbai traffic the break will always be most frequently in use and not the gear box. Please clarify. Best regards

The Cruze has a double clutch heavy duty 6speed automatic gear box that is fully imported and of highest quality so there is no issue using it on Mumbai roads.
Both the cars are very good. They have their strong points. Elantra gives you more mileage. Cruze has more power than Elantra though. In terms of main features both these cars are pretty well loaded and it's a close call, with the Cruze having slightly better features.
