Even if your running is 1500 km per month go for petrol vehicle blindly. Diesel is only worth if you have more than 2500 km per month..

Maintaining your vehicle is essential to ensure that it is roadworthy and safe to be driven. By maintaining your vehicle through scheduled maintenance, it can help prolong your vehicle's life span and avoid unnecessary repair charges.

Every car has to be maintained by servicing it on regular intervals as prescribed by the manufacturer. Similarly, Hyundai i10 also has its maintenance schedule. It has economic maintenance and servicing cost. Please click here to see the service schedule and maintenance cost.

Hyundai i10 petrol variant will give you a mileage of 16.4 kmpl in city whereas 19.81 kmpl on highways. It is that fuel economy which the brand claims. However, the actual mileage cannot be determined. It can vary, depending upon the factors like environmental conditions, way of driving etc.

Hyundai i10 is integrated with a 1.1-litre petrol engine. It has a displacement capacity of about 1086cc. It can generate a maximum power of around 68.1bhp at 5500 rpm and can produce a peak torque output of about 99.04Nm at 4500rpm. This iRDE engine has four cylinders and twelve valves that are based on a VTVT and also a single overhead camshaft valve system. There is an LPG option variant too available that can be chosen by the buyer. This is an advantage which would offer low cost maintenance. The LPG trim offers a fuel economy of 19.2 Kmpl.

    Our Verdict
The i10 is one of the best hatchbacks in the market, it is practical, comfortable and a joy to drive.
