The price of a used car depends on factors like physical condition, service / maintenance, no. of owners etc.
Well, with the details you have shared, it is indeed a good deal to grab. Though, the warranty is not transferable from first owner to another or so on; after the new car purchase.
Adding on, a free service is availble which in turns says that it is not much driven and as you have checked with some of the exterior and interior that no alteration has been done yet. Plus, the mileage figure you shared reflects that it has been well driven by the owner.
But, bear in mind, it is a second owner car but if weighted with the car condition (that you shared), model year, free service etc, it does make sense to own.

Hi, Is there any way where a dealer can cancel RTO registration which is still pending at RTO level? I have bought a car in Vadodara, Gujarat state where RTO registration has been rejected due to pending Municipal Corporation Tax. I have some disputes with dealer and I want them to cancel RTO registration but they are denying that it cannot be cancelled. Is it true if RTO registration is denied from RTO office then also we cannot cancel it's registration?
