Toyota Launched Corolla Altis Aero to Mark its 10th Anniversary

Ten years is a significantly long time and to mark this moment the Indian subsidiary Toyota Kirloskar Motors of the Japanese auto giant, Toyota Motors has announced the launch of the all-new Limited Edition Aero of its flagship sedan Corolla Altis. The newfangled Toyota Corolla Altis Aero Limited Edition is a sporty avatar of the legendary sedan and is expected to render some cliquishness to its buyers with its perfect amalgamation of form, fun and function. The name tag ‘Aero’ hints at the aerodynamic design, new and sleek features of the car that is offered in two exclusive colours of Black mica and Silver Mica Metallic. Also, the Aero Corolla Altis is said to be based on the J Grade 1.8-liter petrol variant that is available in the Euro IV version.

The new, exciting and advanced features that are added in the Limited Edition Aero include the aerodynamic front and rear bumper spoilers, the sleek truck spoiler with LED, smoked rear combination lamps, an exclusive aero emblem, strikingly stylish Muffler Cutter with chrome finish, alloy wheels with 7 spokes, bright and smoked Halogen lamps and dual tone seats with aero logo that renders exquisite and sporty feel to the car. According to the Deputy Managing Director of Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Mr. Sandeep Singh, the company finds immense delight in announcing the launch of the neoteric Toyota Corolla Aero Limited Edition at this significant moment that marks its tenth anniversary in India.

He also stated that the Corolla Altis has become a brand that has been satisfying its customers over the years and the advent of the limited edition is sure to add some newness and exclusivity to the car with its sporty and elegant appearance. The Corolla Altis Aero is a perfect amalgamation of the aerodynamically attractive design and powerful functioning and for now is being offered in the petrol variant only but with time and demand the diesel variant will also make its way in, he added. He also mentioned that Toyota India aims at selling 500 exclusive units till September 2012 and that the cars have gone on display at the dealerships from today itself. Toyota is offering Corolla Altis Aero at an attractive price of Rs. 11.47 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for the petrol variant.
