    Since you are a learner, we would suggest you buy a used car so that you may practice and learn driving on it. By chance, if you crash the used car it would already have been reached to it deprecated. If you buy the new car and buy a chance to hit it somewhere at first you would feel bad about your new car and second the value of the car will fall down.
