It would be too early to give any verdict as it is not launched yet. So, we would request you to wait for its launch.

All these cars are good enough. The changes to the 2020 Verna do not make a big difference to the overall package. But what they do is improve its strength further to a point where the overall experience is now a lot more impressive. The new looks, modern features and especially the new powertrain will not only impress you the first time you drive the car, but will also make you appreciate them more as you drive further in your ownership. Even from an economic standpoint, the Verna sits in the middle of the Volkswagen Vento automatic and the Honda City automatic, making it a sensible pick. The rear seat experience is still the biggest shortcoming in the package but if you can overlook that, the 2020 Verna gives you no reason to consider any other sedan in the segment.Honda’s fifth-generation City sticks to the tried-and-tested formula. Hard, scratchy plastics feel out of place. Better plastic quality or even soft-touch materials would’ve helped the City deliver on a richer cabin experience. It could also do with some more features to match Hyundai’s Verna too. That said, it’s building upon the core strengths of the City. An improvement in rear seat space is a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a car to be driven around in, the City makes for a solid choice. That’s also because the ride quality is now a whole lot better, filtering out road imperfections without making a racket. It continues to be among the most expensive sedans you can buy in this segment. Even with the new generation, you’re paying for a balance of feel-good features and space. In terms of Pricing, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is way more affordable as compared to City and Verna. The Ciaz continues to get the basics of space, ride quality and ease of driving spot on. This alone, in our books, are enough reasons to seriously consider buying one. Then there's the fact that the new engine brings with it a bucketload of efficiency and also solves the automatic’s drinking habit to a fair extent. Yes, it still doesn't have the wow factor of a sunroof or other flashy features like a hands-free trunk release or ventilated seats. The only real miss here is the lack of side and curtain airbags. If outright performance and driving dynamics aren't the most important parameter on your list, and you just need a comfy, spacious sedan to drive to (or be driven in) to work and back, then the Ciaz makes a stronger case than ever. You may comp are all these cars according to their variants too.
