 I bought a vento from Palace Cross Bangalore in Feburary 2012. It has been a horrible experience in terms of after sales service.Once it wouldnt start after being driven for 15 kms and the service people who attended the call couldnot figure out what had happened and wanted it towed to the works,but a passingby taxi driver rectified it within minutes.   I have purchased a Volkswagen Vento car from Viraj Automobiles Noida one year back.   To my surprise I came to know that they do not provide any free servicing for Volkswagen cars! After a looooooooong wait we got this car, its a Polo with a dick, Not good for 5 people may seat 4. Pickup is not so great lot of rattling. 13 kmpl is what we are getting for the highend diesel version mileage not as posted by VW. Please keep off VW until they establish proper service net work and improve the service at the existing set up.

• You have to fix up appointment even for a minor problem well in advance ,say one week.
• End up sending the car to garage for the same complaint.

In span of 25 days of delivery,car taken twice to workshop.1st..for occasional sharp sound from engine(their service advisor also heard it).It was checked and all ok given.The loose front bumper also fixed on 14/10.However on 15/10,whilst on the road,sudden collapse of ac/window functions/rear sensors etc.Fortunately engine did not collapse so drove to workshop.Said woud check reason and inform me on 17th.WHAT NEW CAR?Pricey but No reliability.Pa    ... read full review

Dealership customer service was not good, less features. After seeing XUV 500 from Mahindra I am having 2nd thoughts. I was ready to shell out 11 Lakhs and now I can buy an SUV for the same price with more features.
