Look and Style: 10/10. But looking Hutchback in the market   Comfort: 8/10. Rear is a bit cramped. But its fine.   Pickup: 8/10. Look and Style: 10 out of 10; in hatchback its the best car in look and style.   Comfort: Quite Good, but have scope of improvement.   Pickup: Not very good, but its quite sufficient. Overall Experience My Polo ac vent  vertical fins got broken in normal usage after 8 months.It can't be repaired like Maruti.I have to replace it with a new set of ac vent costing around Rs.5835.Volkswagen should do something about this durability of Ac vents.According to me it is a design issue with Volkswagen . hospitaly????? actually hostility provided by the dealer i have bought a volkswagen yesterday. but when i went there to take the car , my dream of owing a car suffered a great setback. when i checked the papers of the car , i found a great discrepency, the engine number & chasis number of the insurence receipt and the invoice was not matching. when i told this to the showroom staff, he said that it was not his job to check this & was ve    ... read full review

Hi, I own red colour 1.2 pertrol confortline, i drove this car about 4000 km till now and really happy about the ouverall performanace, i got this car after 4 months waiting period, unfortunately (1 in 100 cases) there was some manufaturing defect in the steering wheel assembly, after speaking to the dealer i left car in the showroom for replacement of part, but for my surprice showrrom guys handled my car very badly and there were many scaches    ... read full review

Overall Experience: Since last one month i was looking for a good hatchback and i was quite amazed by Vw Polo. Friends, I was amongst the first ones to buy the Polo. I thought that German engineering will be excellent, but I was in for a rude shock.
