used parts installed in our Swift Dzire purchased from maruthi

We found that the front right hand side door pad and rear left hand side pad are used old door pads. We presume that, it is replaced from some other car by Maruthi or suraksha. We have paid the full amount, but we got a secondhand products from Maruthi. Is this the way you do business in the market? We have immediately lodged our complained on 1 ...

Thanks to the so called ?designers? at Maruti, How really made the Swift?s backside extended which looks a tank. And the rear curves hardly blend into the boot.
